I was on my way to set an appointment for the periodic service of my car. I left my wife and my kid at the parking lot because I know that it will just take me a couple of minutes to do it. True to my expectation, I was able to do it that quick.
On my exit, I passed along the showroom. I was surprised by a baby scream shouting "Daddy!" I my kid on one of the displayed cars riding in it. We were approached by the sales person and introduced to us the new Honda Jazz.
Well, I took a look at it and saw the improvements they made. First thing I noticed is the steering wheel. It is a 3 spoke sporty design. If you are somehow a fan of rally racing, you will be awed by the steering wheel.
The mags was also improved. They changed the size to 15". So it has a more stable look and you wont feel afraid that you might turtle turn once a rampaging bus would pass by you.
The interior is also improved. They actually created an ample amount of space for any baggage you can carry. It can actually be converted into a two-seater.
To top it all, this goes with a VTEC engine. Previously, there classify it as DSI and VTEC. DSI goes to a 1.3L engine, and VTEC goes to 1.5L above engine.
This car is priced starting at P707,000. It's a good car. The engineering of the car itself is worth every penny. You can have convenience and economy altogether in that car. Not to mention, it gives you the bonus of prestige. You won't see any Honda cars being used as a public transport.
